Acer plans on releasing their newest phone come October of this year, called Liquid Metal. Though this looks both slim and stylish, I think it is going to have a hard time competing with all the other smartphones out there. This phone will also be running off of Android 2.2 OS.

Features include 800MHz CPU, 512MB of internal storage, and a 3.6-inch touchscreen. That’s all the information that has been released thus far, but we’re sure to hear more once Acer makes the official release.
