Here’s a cool T-shirt, which has Google’s green Android mascot doing a naughty thing on Apple’s logo. Seems like Android couldn’t hold it any longer in and had to pee on Apple! I also really like the iPhone, but perfect is it definitely not. Sometimes you just feel like throwing a pie (nicer version of kicking balls) at Steve Jobs, and I’m sure I can represent the majority of you with this feeling. Apparently, the cases of the highly-anticipated Motorola Droid 2 are already stocked up at Best Buy locations, yet there’s still no sign of the devices themselves! No official word has been said about the release date, but that doesn’t stop rumors spreading like crazy about the smartphone’s release in early August. If these unexpected cases have already landed, then we can probably assume the Droid 2 itself shouldn’t be too far behind as well, right? More »

Comcast has recently announced that it will be launching an Android DVD/ Home App for Comcast subscribers. The app allows subscribers full control over their DVR from virtually anywhere. Say you just remembered your favorite show was on but you’re nowhere near your DVR to set it to record while you’re gone for the day. With the app, you’ll be able to record the show from your phone! You can also manage your list of recordings and browse what you have. In addition, you’ll be able to hook up your mobile phone to Comcast’s direct phone service. More »

Yet another price drop for T-Mobile’s Garminfone, the GPS navigation-centric Android phone. Initially the phone was priced at $199.99 earlier last month, then dropped to $129.99. Now, the phone is retailing for $99.99 with a 2-year contract with T-Mobile. Considering that most GPS systems average around $99.99 a pop for just the GPS alone, it’s a steal since you’re getting a GPS system and an Android phone. More »
