Yelp for Android is one of those must-have on computer, must-have on phone, kind of apps. If you’ve never heard of slash used Yelp, make the jump for a summary in a nutshell. Yelp is your average app that’s great for finding stores and restaurants closest to you (or rather, your phone). You can search for restaurants, shops, etc. and what’s more, Yelp also provides you with reviews from other users as well.

As a free app, I totally recommend this be a part of your daily essentials. Yelp for Android also comes with other features as well. Try pointing your phone down a street, you’ll see icons of reviewed restaurants as well as other ‘local items of interest.’ It can’t get any better than this.
