Bell is lagging behind Rogers and Telus in performance Android handsets, but its Galaxy S Vibrant exclusivity (for about a mere month before Rogers) should open a few eyes. Last month, Bell got the highly desirable HTC Legend. Prior to that, Bell’s Android line-up was, in a word, pitiful.
