Until August 23rd, the day that the Samsung Galaxy S launches, Bell is giving away one free Vibrant to a fortuitous Canadian.

Here is one way to promote your network: hand out a free $500+ (probably $550) smartphone daily. I already have my entry in (fingers crossed!).

Bell is lagging behind Rogers and Telus in performance Android handsets, but its Galaxy S Vibrant exclusivity (for about a mere month before Rogers) should open a few eyes. Last month, Bell got the highly desirable HTC Legend. Prior to that, Bell’s Android line-up was, in a word, pitiful.
