It appears that, at the moment, Amazon has inventory of the elusive HTC Droid Incredible for Verizon, and it is on sale for only $149.99 with contract.

Since I am Canadian, I was unable to reach Amazon.com’s full check-out page, but unless the site is grossly misinformed, there seems to be at least a few units in stock. Verizon has delayed shipment of all new Incredible orders until August 4th at the earliest, so Amazon could be the only ticket to instant Incredible gratification.
