An unseemly Dell Mini 3v smartphone has popped up on TENAA China, which has just approved the device. There is no concrete proof that the gold accentuated phone is an Android, but why would it be anything else?
TENAA provides only a few tidbits about the Mini 3v, which looks a little like a cheap Nexus One. The Mini 3v operates on TD-SCDMA and GSM/HSPA, has a 5-megapixel rear camera with flash, and what appears to be a front-facing camera too.
