Android user with poor eyesight? MIT’s optometry Android app could save you a trip to the optometrist. Paired with a $2 box developed by the camera team at MIT’s Media Lab, the app displays a set of dots and lines image that a user can manipulate until the image looks perfectly aligned to them. Once completed, the app will tell you your prescription! Who needs optometrists when you have an Android app?
