Motorola’s unique Flipout is seemingly destined for AT&T, according to an anonymous tip sent to Android Central. AT&T is loading up on Android smartphones even as the iPhone 4 madness goes on.

The Flipout was rumored to be debuting on various GSM/WCDMA carriers on June 10th, but clearly, it has not. Its compact and square form, with a “flipout” QWERTY keypad actually make it quite compelling if priced reasonably. Probably targeted at younger audiences, the Flipout could be a hit among Android newcomers.
