Acer Liquid E - S100: Rogers Has It for $425 CDN Unlocked

Great Scots! The $425 Canadian report about the Acer Liquid E is true! Roger’s exclusive Liquid E has the same Snapdragon processor as the Nexus One but is slightly underclocked to 768MHz.

Roger’s $425 no-term price is a new touchstone for performance Android 2.1 smartphones, and I am glad that Canadians get the great deal. However, one major point of confusion that I have is with Roger’s website, which lists the E’s resolution as “600×480,” yet that would make it “VGA,” not “WVGA,” which is 800×480. In any event, I am getting one!
