Sirius XM Premium is for residents of “United States, the District Of Columbia, and Puerto Rico.” Audio quality depends on your carrier’s signal (obviously), but this matters just for music. I am not apprised of the radio scene: do people still listen to tunes over the air? Endless sports talk would be my cup of tea –otherwise, vinyl and CD for music, please.
