Not just on any Android phone, but the mighty HTC Droid Incredible is the choice to use for previewing Amazon’s Kindle app that is coming in the summer. By which time, your Android smartphone may replace your need for an e-reader.

Needless to say, the video is in 2x playback speed. Unlike on the iPhone/iPad/iPod Touch, Android’s version of Kindle includes the ability to purchase e-books directly on the phone. With Android 1.6 support, any smartphone worth owning will run the Kindle app.
