In my estimation, the prettiest Android smartphone on the planet, the aluminum unibody HTC Legend has passed through the FCC’s procedural and is going to Canadian GSM carriers: either Rogers or Bell Mobility. For Americans, AT&T has scored the Legend.

In the UK, the Legend is free with select, premier 24-month contracts and quite expensive to buy outright at £360 ($544 USD). I cannot imagine that HTC would demand more than $500 in America and Canada, but stranger things have happened.
