LG Ally: aka Aloha Android Smartphone Commercial with Iron Man 2 (Video)

Yesterday’s BGR rumor has been ratified. Verizon is indeed getting an LG smartphone that runs Android 2.1, has a 5-megapixel camera, and a 1GHz Snapdragon processor, but it is not named the “Aloha.”

The Ally is nothing like South Korea’s official Iron man 2 smartphone, the Arena Maxx, and hardly resembles the LU2300 either. From the choppy and low-resolution 480p video, I reckon that the Ally looks similar to the HTC myTouch Slide. The word is that Verizon plans a mid-May Ally release.
