Spanish carrier Telefonica Movistar is releasing HP’s Compaq AirLife 100 Android touchscreen netbook in May for €229 on a €48 per month “Internet Maxi” plan or €299 on a €39/month “Internet Plus” plan. Other nations, outside of North America, should have the AirLife 100 shortly after the Spanish introduction.
This news is courtesy of the reliable Spanish Engadget. The AirLife 100’s unique touchscreen netbook form is among the first of what will likely be many (by 2011) of its kind. Remember that the AirLife 100 does not incorporate multi-touch with its resistive display.
