MobileSyrup has the Rogers branded unit in its hands (likely from a Best Buy employee). The mid-range Samsung Galaxy Spica should be hitting store shelves in a few weeks, but no prices have been published. Based on the Telus Motorola Milestone’s release, I would expect Rogers to sell the Galaxy Spica for well under $600, but who knows?

The Rogers Galaxy is running only Android 1.5, but MobileSyrup thinks that it could ship with Eclair 2.0. This is not the most exciting smartphone release, but it is still a moderate upgrade over the Rogers Magic.

- microSD, 3.5mm Jack
- 1,500mAh Battery
