Unknown company Haleron has an equally obscure Android smartphone called the Swordfish G5, which sports a 3″ LCD (240 x 400) with multi-touch, a Marvell PXA310 624MHz processor, a 5 megapixel camera, and dual SIM card slots.

Aside from the dual SIM slots, this is a run-of-the-mill smartphone that has a very low resolution display. The $297 Swordfish G5 also has the essentials like wireless G, quad band, Bluetooth, 256Mb ROM, 128Mb RAM, and a 2Gb microSD card.

If you are willing to take the chance - since there are no reviews that I am aware of - this smartphone could be a decent budget unit. Inquire about its exact Android version first though.
