Motorola Devour: $99.99 Best Buy on Thursday

On Thursday, Best Buy will be selling the Motorola Devour for $99.99 with a new 2-year Verizon contract. Meanwhile, the Droid Eris is now free and the Motorola Droid only $99.99, both with new 2-year contracts. At these prices, I would never choose the Devour over the Droid.

Motorola’s Devour can be seen here in a long video tour, but with Best Buy now selling the Droid also for the same price, I wonder how many would select the slower and older Android running Devour. Several things that the Devour has going for it are Flash Lite and a solid aluminum housing, but neither of these is enough to make me want it over Android Eclair on the Droid, which has a much faster processor and a higher resolution display too.
