Acer’s Liquid will be available in Canada before America (a minor victory for Canadians) courtesy of Rogers. The largest carrier in the land will have Acer’s Android 2.1 smartphone by this spring.

Overseas, the Liquid has been tearing up the sales charts, and Rogers will be the first to bring it to North America. This is a critical move for Rogers since Telus is getting the Sony Xperia X10 and already has the Motorola Droid. Pricing and exact ship date of the Liquid will be revealed soon:
